General Info:
- General admission tickets give you access to all areas including the National Horseracing Museum, Palace House, and the Rothschild Yard. - Don’t forget to join our behind-the-scenes tours at 11:00 am and 2:30 pm every day – Tuesday to Sunday. - Please bring the confirmation email with you on your visit to redeem your ticket - you can print or show on your device. Please note - we do not post tickets out. - All exhibitions and some events are included in the price of general admission - check out

for more information. - You can upgrade your general admission ticket to an Annual Pass for FREE on arrival. The Annual Pass will be dated from the day of your first visit to the National Horseracing Museum and will be valid for 12 months from that date. - If you are already an Annual Pass holder, please come to the Gift Shop when you arrive so we can scan your ticket and give you a badge for the day. - Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

apply. - Blue Light Tickets: NHRM is proud to have partnered with Blue Light Tickets to offer complimentary general admission access to the museum to all those working in the emergency services, NHS and social care sector.
- Current and retired racing and stud staff: We are pleased to offer free general admission annual passes to all current and retired racing and stud staff. Simply bring your NARS card (retired staff) or Stable ID badge (current staff) to reception on arrival to get your free pass. It is not currently possible to order these tickets online.
- Relevant proof of eligibility is required for all concession rates (including Blue Light tickets) – please ensure you bring this with you to show at the ticket desk on arrival.
- Please be aware that any tickets that have been added to your basket will be removed after 1 hour unless you checkout within this timeframe.
